Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLES TOYE February 13, 1955 - August 24, 2003 Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and dear friend Ed Spooner, after a courageous battle with cancer, Les passed away on August 24. He was predeceased by his parents. Les attended school at Robert Andrews, Chief Peguis and River East Collegiate. He coached girls soccer and was devoted to his job at Nabisco Foods. Les loved his race horses, sports and especially enjoyed his wilderness fishing trips with his good friends. Les will be lovingly missed by family members, stepmother Ngan Toye; sisters, Shirl (Chuck) Abramson, Cal (Ken) Little; brother Joe (Kari), niece Kara, nephews, Jimmy and Kenny; brother Barry and niece Kelsey and Barbara Holm; brother Gerald (Leah), nieces, Reanna and Ashley; sister Deborah (John) and niece Raine Wakefield; sister Saundra Toye and Gary Moroz; and good friends, Ed Spooner, Dan MacIntosh and Jeff Donaldson. Thank you to the staff at the Concordia Hospital Oncology and third floor east wing for their care and support. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Spooner, Dan MacIntosh, Jeff Donaldson and brothers. A celebration of Les will be held at Voyage Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m., August 27. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook St. Voyage Funeral Home & Crematorium 220 Hespeler 668-3151
